Refer a Friend

1. The Reward
1.1. The Refer-a-Friend promotion gives the Referrer (existing customer) and the Referee (the friend) 50% discount to their monthly subscription cost for a duration of 3 months, after the Referee’s successful purchase of a monthly subscription product with Grafterr which resulted from a successful referral. For a definition of ‘successful’, please keep reading.
1.2. Referrers eligible for a reward following a successful referral will receive a discount applied directly to their subscription for the following 3 months after the referee successfully becomes a paying Grafterr client and have paid their first monthly subscription.
2. Qualification for the Reward (Referees)
2.1. The Referee (friend) will instantly receive a 50% discount on their account upon sign-up. The Referee must have successfully activated and paid a monthly subscription with Grafterr for the referral reward to be activated.
3. Qualification for the Reward (Referrers)
3.1. This promotion is available to customers who are active Grafterr clients with a paid subscription and have been with Grafterr for a minimum of 6 months, with a subscription value of £40 or more per month.
3.2. A ‘successful referral’ is a referral that results in the sale of a monthly POS subscription of £40 or more per month to the Referee.
3.3. The Referrer’s subscription must still be active 30 days after the Referee’s subscription start date with the initial payment successfully paid to be eligible for the reward.
4. General terms and conditions
4.1. Only referrals made directly to customersuccess@grafterr.com and confirmed via email will be eligible to progress with the program.
4.2. There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made by an individual Referrer
4.3. Discounts cannot be accumulated to the same month, the discounted percentage will be applied to future months.
4.4. The Referrer and the Referee (friend) cannot be the same person or same company, e.g a franchise. Where we identify they are the same person/company, for example, by email address, phone number, business name, or address, the promotion will be void.
4.5. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
4.6. If the Referee cancels before the 3 months discount is applied to the Referrer’s subscription, then no further discount will be applicable.

5. Amends to the reward scheme
5.1. Grafterr reserves the right to amend or withdraw this referral program at any time and without notice. Any decision made by Grafterr with regards to this program is final.
