Bek’s started using Grafterr’s ePOS platform in 2021 and since then, they’ve started rolling out a franchising model, opening their second store in Walsall to add to its Darlaston flagship.

As Bek’s has grown, they’ve added Grafterr’s self-service kiosks, enterprise management as well as their kitchen display systems (KDS) to further enhance their operating efficiency and stay ahead of the industry.
