Table Reservations

This guide demonstrates the steps to managing table reservations via the ePOS Hybrid Admin Panel and placing & managing reservations via the ePOS Hybrid Operator App.

 

Firstly, log onto your Admin Panel via https://www.eposhybrid.uk/.

Once logged in, select Table Management, followed by Table Reservations.

 

 

The Table Reservations screen allows you to filter reservations by Date Range, Search Fields, Source (whether the reservation was made Online or via the ePOS Hybrid Operator App) and by Booking Status (Booked, Started, Completed or Cancelled).

All reservations within the chosen date range will be listed, accompanied by the details entered by the customer when making the reservation. 

Hovering over the small paper icon next to the customer’s name will display any Customer Comments left when booking.

The Eye icon will show all Reservation Details, and the X icon allows you to cancel the booking.
 

To view Table Reservations on the ePOS Hybrid Operator App, select Current Reservations on the front page of the app - if the Quick Pay layout is in use, select Extras followed by Current Reservations

The Reservations Dashboard will open, allowing visibility of all active reservations for the current day with each table split by the appropriate Serving Area.

 

 

To place a new Table Reservation, select New Booking to select the appropriate Serving Area and Table. Once the Table is selected, the Guest Detail pop-up will appear, allowing the customer’s details to be entered, with a dropdown box for any Special Occasions entered on your Admin Panel. Any Special Instructions can also be entered for future reference.

 

 

Once the customer’s details have been entered, press Submit to complete the reservation.
 

The reservation can be selected on the Reservations Dashboard on the Operator App to view all details entered on the reservation, and if necessary the customer details can be edited using the Edit button, and the table can be amended by pressing Change Table.

 

 

Once the customer arrives for their reservation, press Start to begin the reservation.
