Stock Location

This guide demonstrates the steps to adding and updating Stock Locations via the ePOS Hybrid Admin Panel.

Updating Product Types is helpful in Stock Management for creating and managing Stock Takes.

 

Firstly, log in to your Admin Panel and select Stock Management, followed by Manage Stock Location.

The Stock Location screen will open, with all created stock locations listed.

 

 

To create a new stock location, click the green + Add Stock Location button on the top-right corner of the page.

 

Once clicked, the Add Stock Location pop-up will appear, allowing you to enter the name of the new stock location.

After the Name has been entered, you have the option to select the checkbox to confirm if the stock quantity should be deducted when an item in this location is sold. If the box is unchecked, the quantity will not be deducted accordingly.

 

 

Once the relevant fields are entered, click Submit to return to the Stock Location screen with a confirmation message advising that the new Stock Location has been entered.

 

 

The Search by Name text box can be used to filter the available options if a large number of stock locations are available.

The Added Date column will confirm the date on which the stock location was added. 

The Status column will show whether a stock location is Active or Inactive. Click the relevant button to deactivate or reactivate the stock location accordingly. The Action column includes an Edit button to edit the stock location name and quantity deduction option, and the Delete button allows the stock location to be deleted.
