In this guide, we will detail how to refresh your ePOS Hybrid Operator App.
When making any changes to your system on your ePOS Hybrid Admin Panel, it is important to refresh your Operator App any time changes are made to ensure the changes are reflected correctly on the Operator App.
To complete an App Refresh, select Extras on the ePOS Hybrid Operator App, scroll down to App Actions then select Refresh App to download all updates from the cloud.
Once the Refresh App button has been selected, any changes completed on the Admin Panel during the period since the app was last refreshed will take effect, allowing for the most up-to-date changes to be in place on your Operator App.
