Online Ordering Hours

In this guide, we will cover the options available to update your Online Ordering Hours.

 

Firstly log onto your Admin Panel at https://www.eposhybrid.uk/ or via the ePOS Hybrid Operator App. 

 

After you have logged in, select Web&Mob Management, followed by Web Layout Design. Once selected, the Additional Settings screen will open.

 

Scroll down to the Do you want to display Ordering Hours text message? section, as per the screenshot below.

 

 

This text box will be used to enter the message that would be displayed to customers when attempting to order outside of your established Ordering Hours - the below screenshot is an example of how this would look.

Please be aware that this message would apply for any customer attempting to order outside of your established Ordering Hours - if you have different Ordering Hours set for various days of the week, a more generic message such as “Our online ordering platform is currently unavailable” may be more appropriate.

If you have Pre-Orders enabled on your system, the Pre Order button will also be available for customers to select when this message appears.

 

After setting your message, use the Mob/Web Ordering Hours dropdown boxes to specify the hours you wish to accept web or mobile orders. Check the boxes next to each relevant day for those days to be available, and if multiple sets of hours are required, click the green + Ordering Hours button to add additional rows as necessary.

 

 

Once complete, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green Save button to update your Online Ordering Hours.
