In this guide, we will display the steps required to add Menus to your system. Menus allow your items to be separated, for example having a Food Menu and a Drinks Menu.
For a full step-by-step video guide on Interactive Menu Management, please refer to our Complete Video Guide.
Firstly, access your Admin Panel at https://eposhybrid.uk/ or via the ePOS Hybrid Operator App. Once logged in, select Menu Management, followed by Menu Setup.
The Menu Setup screen will be displayed, allowing you to view all active menus and add further menus if required (screenshot below).

To add a new Menu, click the + Add Menu button on the top-right corner of the page.

Once the Add Menu pop-up opens, enter the Menu Name and upload the Menu Image if applicable.
You can assign the Menu to a specific Kitchen using the Assign to Kitchen Name dropdown, however kitchen printer/display settings can be customised at a higher level using the Kitchen Settings tab in the ePOS Hybrid Operator App.
Once all relevant fields have been completed, click Submit to add your new Menu.
If you wish to Edit your Menu once added, click the green Edit icon in the Actions column to make the appropriate changes - click Submit in the pop-up once the relevant changes have been made.
If you wish to Delete a Menu you have created, click the red Delete icon in the Actions column to remove this from your system.
If you wish to customise the order in which the menus are listed, click the final Menu Order icon in the Actions column. This will open the Menu Display Order pop-up, allowing you to enter the number in which you want the menu to appear - 1 would appear first, 2 would appear second and so on.
If you wish to Deactivate a Menu without removing it from the system completely, click the green Active icon in the Status column. This will change the Status to a red Inactive icon, ensuring the menu will not be listed. If you wish to Reactivate a Menu, click the Inactive icon and this will revert back to Active status.
Once your Menus have been added, you can now begin adding Subcategories and Items for these specific menus.
