Welcome to the interactive Grafterr GO! help centre.

You're currently on the Home screen! From here, you can access the main menu by tapping the three horizontal lines on the top left corner of the screen, from here you can access other areas of the app. You'll also see the bell icon on the top right corner which displays new Notifications.
If you haven't already, you'll need to click "Business registration", and complete the form, this will tell us where to pay your funds.
The Today’s Sales section will display a timeline view of the day’s sales, with a comparison against the previous week - for example, if today is a Tuesday, sales will be Vs your sales last Tuesday.
The Pair a card reader button allows you to connect your Bluetooth GO! card terminal.
The Checkout and Activity buttons can also be selected, where the Checkout button displays your existing product catalog and process transactions, and the Activity button displays successful and pending transactions.
