Driver App Setup

To add drivers to your staff and set them up on the Grafterr Driver App, follow the below steps:

 

Log onto your Admin Panel at https://www.eposhybrid.uk/

Select Staff Management, then click Manage Staff, this will list your existing operators (screenshot below) and if you are looking to add more, click the Add Staff button on the top right corner of the screen.


 

On the Add New Staff screen, enter the relevant information in the boxes, only the staff member’s First Name, Passcode and Joining Date are mandatory fields.

If a member of staff needs to change their passcode, click the Change Passcode button to randomise a new six-digit passcode.

 

At the bottom of the screen you can select which permissions you want each member of staff to have (please ensure delivery drivers have the Driver App permission box checked) - once you have entered all the necessary details, click the Update button at the bottom of the page and this will add the staff member onto your system.

Once the app is installed on their device, they will first log in using the Restaurant Auth. Code (which is found in Restaurant Setup > Setup on your admin panel, and the Device Code - which will be assigned to each driver app. 

Device Codes can be set up on Restaurant Setup > Device Management (screenshot below). This screen will list all available device codes, codes in use by other devices (i.e. drivers/operators) and gives you the option to add further device codes in the event you have more drivers in future, for example.

 

To add devices, select the Add Device button on the top right-hand corner and select the specific device - in this case choose Driver App from the dropdown.

Assign a 4-digit code (using the Used Codes button to check which codes have already been assigned) and click Submit. Once the device has been added, this will be available for staff to log in with.

Once you have the Auth. Code and the Device Code, enter these and tap Submit on the app to go to the staff login screen - this is where anyone with Driver permissions set up will select their name from the dropdown list and enter their six-digit passcode (listed on the Staff Management screen), this logs them into the app, allowing them to receive delivery orders (screenshot of driver app below).

 

 

To ensure Driver Tracking is accurate, Driver App users must ensure Location Settings are turned ON when logged in on the Driver App - this will also allow navigation to the customer's address if Google Maps is installed on the user's device.
