This guide demonstrates the steps to tracking the performance of your Promotions via the Discount Report on the ePOS Hybrid Admin Panel.
To begin, log in to your Admin Panel at https://eposhybrid.uk/ and select Reports, followed by Discount Report.
The Discount Report screen will open, with the option to select your preferred timeframe for reporting purposes using the Time Duration dropdown - custom dates can also be selected. Once the Time Duration has been selected, click the green Search button to show the relevant data.
Data is available on Staff Discounts with separation on the Staff Designation the discount is applicable for, Promo Codes with clarity on which promotions have been used, any automatic Discount on Bill promotions, any Special Discounts applied on the Operator App by users with this permission enabled and if Loyalty Management is enabled, any earned or redeemed Loyalty Points will also be displayed.
The report is also downloadable in PDF or Excel formats for managing the data externally if required.
