In this guide, we will cover the steps to setting up and managing Advanced Customer Loyalty Campaigns on the ePOS Hybrid Admin Panel.
These campaigns allow you to send Promo Codes via email or SMS (if MessageBird is connected) to customers who have set up an account on your Website or Mobile App and have opted in to receive marketing communications when placing orders.
If you have not yet set up MessageBird and wish to use the SMS option within the Advanced Customer Loyalty screen, please follow the steps in the MessageBird Setup Guide within the Digital Marketing Hub on the ePOS Academy.
Once your MessageBird account setup is complete (if required), please continue with the rest of this guide.
Firstly log onto your Admin Panel at https://www.eposhybrid.uk/.
Once logged in, select Marketing, followed by Advanced Customer Loyalty. This will open the Advanced Customer Loyalty screen, listing all existing campaigns, with their Title, Amount of Discount and after how many orders the code will be sent.

To create a new Advanced Customer Loyalty Campaign, click the Create New Advanced Customer Loyalty button on the top-right corner of the screen.
The Create a New Loyalty Campaign screen will appear, allowing you to create your campaign as per the example below:

Firstly, enter the Title of the campaign, followed by the Number of Orders the customer needs to place to be eligible, and then the number of Days the promo code will be valid for.
Next, enter the message the customer will receive - PROMO_CODE must be included to automatically generate the code for the customer.
You can specify whether they receive a monetary or percentage discount, and finally confirm using the appropriate checkboxes if the message will be sent by Email, SMS or Both.
MessageBird must be connected for the SMS option to be available, otherwise the SMS checkbox will be unclickable.
Once the necessary fields are filled, click Create to return to the Advanced Customer Loyalty screen.

To Deactivate your campaign, click the toggle in the Status column and again to Reactivate the campaign. Clicking the Edit button will reopen the Create a New Loyalty Campaign screen and allow you to Edit the campaign, and you can delete campaigns if required by clicking the Delete button.
