After three years of being known as ePOS Hybrid, we’ve made the decision to re-brand and create a new visual identity for the business, and we\u2019re excited to announce that as of today, ePOS Hybrid is now officially known as Grafterr! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019d like to use this blog post as an opportunity to introduce you to our new name, the meaning behind it, what\u2019s going to be changing and how it\u2019ll impact our customers and various stakeholders!   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s kick off with why we\u2019re no longer called ePOS Hybrid<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Put simply, we\u2019re no longer just an ePOS company! Over the years, we have heavily invested into developing new products, increasing our functionality and building a complete hospitality management platform, and the name ePOS Hybrid no longer represents our business or our products. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why Grafterr?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The term \u201cGrafterr\u201d is used to describe people that are dedicated and incredibly hardworking, people that \u201cgraft\u201d day-in-day out. Grafterr not only represents the people that work in our company to create our incredible products but more importantly, represents you, the people working in the hospitality, retail and service industry that work long hours and go above and beyond to deliver a fantastic service. You are all Grafterrs!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s actually changing!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We have a brand new name, a brand new visual identity and a brand new website! While our website address has been updated, our platform, POS products, functionality and our team all remain exactly the same. The impact on customers will be very minimal, your products will work exactly the same and you don\u2019t need to do anything, you\u2019ll just start receiving emails and correspondence from Grafterr instead of ePOS Hybrid.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s next?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re really excited about this new chapter! We\u2019ve got loads of exciting plans in the pipeline including the launch of a host of new features, brand new products and international expansion! In the meantime,  all future communications will come from info@grafterr.com<\/a> so please keep an eye out for these dropping into your mailbox.
